Terms of Service

• check_circleYou must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• check_circleYou must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid email address.
• check_circleYou must verify your email address before accessing core platform features. Unverified accounts have restricted access.
• check_circleYou are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• check_circleYou are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• check_circleYou may not maintain more than one account without our prior written consent.
• cancelYou may not share your account with any other person or entity.
• cancelYou may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

Tweetomate is an AI-powered social media automation platform built specifically for X (formerly Twitter). The Service includes:

• check_circleAI Content Generation — GPT-powered tweet and thread creation based on your profile, audience, and post configuration.
• check_circleThread Support — Multi-tweet thread generation using thread credits (Creator, Pro, and Max plans).
• check_circleAI Image Generation — Image creation using OpenAI's image models (Creator, Pro, and Max plans).
• check_circleAuto-Publishing — Scheduled and automatic posting to your connected X account via the X API v2.
• check_circleContent Calendar — Post scheduling, pipeline management, and publishing rule configuration.
• check_circleAnalytics & Metrics — Tweet engagement metrics (likes, retweets, replies, impressions) fetched via the X API.
• check_circleProfile Intelligence — AI profile builder capturing your brand identity, audience, content pillars, and AI boundaries.
• check_circleSmart Thread Allocator — Algorithmic credit distribution system for automated thread scheduling.

Access to Tweetomate's full features requires an active paid subscription. We currently offer four plans:

• check_circleAll subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• check_circleYou may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time via the billing portal.
• check_circleCancellation prevents future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• check_circleWe reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a billing error or significant service failure, contact us at support@tweetomate.com within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

If a payment fails, your account becomes past_due. Stripe will retry automatically. After all retries fail, your subscription is canceled and your account is locked — all AI features, publishing, and scheduling are disabled until a valid subscription is reinstated.

Tweetomate uses a monthly credit system. Each plan includes a fixed allocation of credits that reset at the end of each billing period.

• check_circleAI Tweet Credits — consumed each time an AI-generated tweet or thread is created.
• check_circlePost / Schedule Credits — consumed when a post is published or scheduled.
• check_circleThread Credits — consumed for each additional tweet beyond the first in a thread.
• check_circleAI Image Credits — consumed each time an AI image is generated or edited.
• check_circleAnalytics Refresh Credits — consumed when you manually refresh metrics for a published tweet.

• check_circleCredits reset monthly at the end of your billing period, not at the calendar month.
• check_circleUnused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
• check_circleCredits are non-transferable between accounts.
• cancelCredits cannot be purchased separately outside of a plan upgrade.

To publish content through Tweetomate, you must connect your X account using X OAuth 2.0 with PKCE. By connecting your X account, you:

• check_circleAuthorize Tweetomate to read and write tweets on your behalf, including posting new tweets, posting threads, and deleting tweets explicitly deleted through our platform.
• check_circleAuthorize Tweetomate to read your public X profile information (username, name, follower count, bio, profile image).
• check_circleAuthorize Tweetomate to upload media (images) to X on your behalf when images are attached to posts.
• check_circleAuthorize Tweetomate to fetch tweet engagement metrics when you request an analytics refresh.
• check_circleConfirm that you own or have authority to connect the X account you add to the platform.

Your X OAuth access tokens are stored in an encrypted format in our database. We never store or access your X account password. Tokens are automatically refreshed before expiry using the offline.access scope granted during connection.

Your use of Tweetomate must comply with X's Terms of Service, Developer Agreement, and Automation Rules. You are solely responsible for ensuring your publishing activity does not violate X's policies. Tweetomate is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp.

You may disconnect your X account at any time from the Settings page. Disconnecting prevents new posts from being published but does not delete previously published content from X.

Tweetomate uses third-party AI services, including OpenAI's GPT models and OpenAI's image generation models, to create content on your behalf.

• check_circleYou are solely and fully responsible for all content published through your Tweetomate account, whether AI-generated or manually written.
• check_circleFor manually approved posts, you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before approving them.
• check_circleFor auto-published posts, you accept that content will be published without prior manual review. Configure your AI Boundaries settings carefully.
• check_circleYou agree not to use AI generation to produce content that is defamatory, harassing, misleading, illegal, or in violation of any third-party rights.

We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, effective, free from bias, original, or suitable for your audience. AI models can produce incorrect, outdated, or offensive output. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.

AI-generated images are created via OpenAI's image API. By using this feature, you agree to OpenAI's Usage Policies. You may not use AI image generation to create content depicting real people without consent, violent or sexual imagery, or content prohibited by OpenAI's policies.

By enabling Auto-Publish, you authorise Tweetomate to post AI-generated content to your X account on a schedule you define, without requiring your approval for each individual post.

• check_circleYou are responsible for configuring your publishing schedule, frequency, AI boundaries, and content style settings appropriately.
• check_circleYou may disable Auto-Publish at any time from the Settings page. Disabling will delete all pending scheduled auto-posts from the queue.
• check_circleScheduled posts may fail due to X API errors, rate limits, or expired tokens. Failed posts are logged and you will be notified.
• check_circleTweetomate's Smart Thread Allocator may automatically use thread credits for auto-posts if enabled. You can cap thread usage via the Max Thread Size setting.

You agree to use Tweetomate only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and X's platform rules. You agree not to:

• cancelUse the Service to post spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or artificially inflated engagement on X.
• cancelUse the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or send abusive content targeting any individual or group.
• cancelImpersonate any person, brand, or entity in your posted content.
• cancelPost content that is illegal, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or promotes violence.
• cancelShare, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to your Tweetomate account to any third party.
• cancelAttempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of Tweetomate.
• cancelUse automated scripts or bots to access the Tweetomate platform outside of its intended interface.
• cancelAttempt to circumvent credit limits, subscription restrictions, or access controls.
• cancelInterfere with or disrupt Tweetomate's infrastructure, servers, or third-party services.
• cancelViolate X's Terms of Service, Developer Agreement, or Automation Rules.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these usage rules without prior notice and without refund.

• check_circleYou retain full ownership of all content, profile data, images, and posts you create through Tweetomate.
• check_circleYou grant Tweetomate a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• check_circleWe do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or content with third parties for marketing purposes.

By using Tweetomate, you consent to the processing of your data by these providers:

• check_circleStripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• check_circleOpenAI — AI content generation and image creation.
• check_circleX Corp — social media publishing via the X API.
• check_circleBrevo (formerly Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery.

The Tweetomate platform — including its design, codebase, algorithms (including the Smart Thread Allocator), AI prompt engineering, and branding — is owned exclusively by Tweetomate Inc. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• check_circleWe strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
• check_circleScheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability. We will attempt to provide advance notice for planned downtime.
• check_circleThe Service depends on third-party services including the X API, OpenAI, and Stripe. Outages or changes to these services are outside our control.
• check_circleWe reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or plan with reasonable notice.
• check_circleFeatures marked as "beta" or experimental may be changed or removed without notice.

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us. Your data will be retained for up to 90 days before permanent erasure, unless earlier deletion is required by law.

• check_circleWe may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• check_circleWe may suspend your account if your subscription payment fails after all retry attempts.
• check_circleWe may terminate accounts inactive for more than 12 months after providing 30 days' advance notice.

• check_circleUpon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately.
• check_circleAll pending scheduled auto-posts in the queue are deleted immediately.
• check_circlePreviously published content on X is not deleted by Tweetomate — you must delete it directly from X.
• cancelNo refund of unused credits or prepaid subscription fees for termination due to a violation of these Terms.

Without limiting the above, we specifically do not warrant that:

• cancelThe Service will meet your specific content, engagement, or business requirements.
• cancelThe Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free at all times.
• cancelAI-generated tweets, threads, or images will be accurate, appropriate, original, or effective.
• cancelAuto-published posts will always succeed — posts may fail due to X API errors or rate limits.
• cancelAnalytics metrics retrieved from X will be real-time, complete, or free from discrepancies.
• cancelUsing the Service will result in follower growth, engagement improvement, or any specific business outcome.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or (b) $50 USD.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tweetomate Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• check_circleYour use of or access to the Service.
• check_circleYour violation of any provision of these Terms.
• check_circleYour violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including X's policies).
• check_circleContent you publish or cause to be published through the Service, whether manually or via Auto-Publish.
• check_circleAny claim by a third party arising from your publishing activity or use of AI-generated content.
• check_circleYour infringement of any intellectual property rights of a third party.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tweetomate Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@tweetomate.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• check_circlePosting an in-app notification within the Tweetomate dashboard.
• check_circleUpdating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tweetomate Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
